In a recent merger, the law firm of Machol & Johannes, PC joined Linebarger Goggan, expanding the firm's services into private sector collections as well as its operations in the Western states. Based in Denver, our new partners have offered turnkey collection programs for commercial and consumer creditors since 1968. They have been the recipient of several collection performance awards over the years and have historically served as the largest collection law firm in Colorado. They have grown their business to over 1,000 clients, including GMAC Financial Services, John Deere, Dun & Bradstreet and NCO Group.

Our new Colorado partners have also represented virtually every major credit card company, including companies such as Discover, Capital One, Chase, Providian, Household, and American Express in the collection of their outstanding receivables.
